This is a tiny house. I know, because I have been into one of these houses in the row around 10 years ago. We are talking around 3m wide. Back then they were probably less than $500k,and it was 1 bedroom. But I like the use of space in this place. It flows really well to me. And they managed to add another room! (Sold $905k)
